LAMBRETTA CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN
THE 20TH EURO LAMBRETTA JAMBOREE
5-7th JUNE 2009

The Lambretta Club of Great Britain is privileged to be the host of the 20th Euro Lambretta Jamboree. The event will be held on the weekend of the 5th-7th June 2009, at Lincolnshire County Showground, in the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln.

As with all such events, organising things in advance is essential to making the Euro Lambretta a success. Which is why we hope you will work with us to ensure ticket allocation to the Jamboree proceeds smoothly.

Our Plans are as follows;

  • There will be 1,000 tickets available for the Jamboree, with 500 allocated to members of the Lambretta Club of Great Britain and 500 for guests from national Lambretta clubs across Europe.
  • Tickets are priced at £79 ……….. All payments to be transferred to the LCGB in sterling before the 10th April 2009.
  • You will be able to sell tickets to your members from 1st January 2009. Application forms can be downloaded from the LCGB website (www.euro.ilambretta.com) or can be sent to you directly. To ensure your club's allocation of tickets are received and that your members receive the best value from the event, please ensure that the form is completed in full.
  • National clubs who provide us with number of the tickets they require by 1st December will be guaranteed their allocation. The only exception is if the total requested by all clubs is over 500: in which case, the LCGB will allocate tickets based on the number of national club attendees at previous EuroLambretta Jamborees.
  • Once ticket allocations have been agreed, your club may then begin to sell them to its members. We hope that this will be from 1st January 2009.
  • We would politely request that you only sell tickets to members of your national club and not to scooterists from other nations. If you have any unsold tickets from your allocation please advise us as soon as possible, so that we may be able to offer them on a fair basis to other clubs. Equally, if the number of ticket requests from your members exceeds your allocation, please let us know as early as possible, and we will try to accommodate your ticket requirements if we are able to do so
  • We would request that from 1st January 2009 you let us know by email once a week the current number of tickets sold by your club. This allows us to identify potential ticket shortages, as well as any over-supply, which then means we can re allocate any spare tickets as quickly as possible. Please email this information to the LCGB at pricey66@ntlworld.com.
  • The final deadline for ticket applications to be received by the Lambretta Club of Great Britain is 31st March 2009. Payment must be made shortly after that date ( 10th April 2009 )
